MFI Fusion Finance cancels rights issue
Delhi-based, publicly listed micro-finance institution (MFI) Fusion Finance has cancelled 1.63 lakh partly paid-up equity shares, valued at INR 1.07-Cr, following a failure by rights issue holders to make the required payments despite a final reminder.Consequently, the company has forfeited these shares along with the amounts previously paid against them.
Between Jun 2010 and May 2025, Fusion Microfinance had attracted about $ 296 M from BIO, Creation Investments, GAWA Microfinance Fund, Oikocredit, Warburg Pincus, Others.For FY25, Fusion Microfinance had reported about INR 2,320 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1,225 Cr in Net Loss.
