Minda Corp acquires 15.7% in fellow auto comp co Pricol for Rs.400-Cr

Noida-based Minda Corporation has acquired a 15.7% stake in fellow publicly listed, Coimbatore-based auto component maker Pricol for INR 400 crore. Minda has reported the acquisition, via the open markets, as a “mere financial investment” (for the purpose of the disclosure).
