Mining services provider Caliber’s Rs.450-Cr IPO subscribed 147 times

Nagpur-based Caliber Mining and Logistics has seen its initial public offer (IPO) subscribed 146.64 times by the closing of the bidding period. The IPO has a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 400 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares worth INR 50 crore by promoters. DAM Capital Advisors acted as the book-running lead manager to the offer.The IPO got bids for 114.90 crore (1,14,90,37,400) shares against 78.35 lakh (78,35,821) shares on offer. The non-institutional investor category fetched 267.36 times subscription, and the portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 240.71 times. Retail investors' quota received 41.15 times subscription. Caliber had earlier raised INR 135 crore from anchor investors.Founded in 2014 by the Chadda family, Caliber provides integrated mining services, including overburden removal, coal extraction and coal logistics across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
