NBFC Bajaj Finance to raise Rs.17,500-Cr via QIP, pref warrants
Pune-based publicly listed Bajaj Finance plans to raise INR 17,500 crore through a qualified institutional placement (INR 11,700 crore) and a preferential issue of warrants (INR 5,800 crore) to its promoter and holding company, Bajaj Finserv .
