NDR InvIT Trust files draft papers to raise Rs.750-Cr
Mumbai-based NDR InvIT Trust has filed draft offer documents to raise INR 750 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The transaction includes a fresh issue of units worth up to INR 450 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of units aggregating up to INR 300 crore by Investcorp India Warehousing IFSC Trust.The firm is a perpetual warehousing and industrial parks infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) sponsored by NDR Warehousing. As of June 2026, it manages a total leasable area of 22.97 million sq ft, of which 21.58 million sq ft has already been developed.The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds to acquire a 100% interest in NDR Advanced Storage and NDR Storewell Warehousing. These proposed acquisitions are intended to expand and diversify the trust's portfolio.
For FY25, NDR InvIT had reported about INR 9 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in Net Loss.
