Neuberg Diagnostics to file for IPO
Chennai-based diagnostics chain Neuberg Diagnostics has appointed merchant bankers for an IPO. It is in the process of consolidating its joint venture companies into a single entity prior to the issue. The company plans to use proceeds of the IPO to expand in India and the US with a focus on high-end molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, haematology and genomic testing.
