Nova Agritech IPO subscribed 109 times
The initial public offering (IPO) of Secunderabad-headquartered Nova Agritech has been oversubscribed about 109 times. The IPO, which had a price band of INR 39-41, received bids for 277.94 crore shares against 2.54 crore shares (net off anchor portion) on offer.Nova is an agri-input manufacturer offering soil health management, crop nutrition and crop protection products.Earlier, the company raised INR 43.14 crore from anchor investors including Quantum-State Investment Fund, Neomile Growth Fund, AG Dynamic Funds and Saint Capital Fund.
