Om Freight Forwarders's Rs.122-Cr IPO subscribed 3.58 times
The initial public offering (IPO) of Mumbai-based Om Freight Forwarders Ltd , a third-party logistics services provider, received 3.58 times subscription. The INR 122.31-crore IPO got bids for 2.83 crore shares against 79.17 lakh shares on offer.The portion for non-institutional investors got subscribed 6.75 times. The component meant for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) attracted 3.97 times subscription. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category received 2.49 times subscription, while the employee reservation was bid 0.52 times. The price band has been fixed at INR 128-135 per share.The IPO involves a fresh issuance of shares worth INR 24.44 crore with an offer for sale of 72.50 lakh equity shares by the promoters.Om Freight Forwarders offers services across multiple modes of transport, including sea, air, road and rail.Smart Horizon Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager to the issue.
