Online furniture seller Pepperfry to file DRHP for $300-M

Online furniture seller Pepperfry will file a draft red-herring prospectus (DRHP) in the next few months to raise USD 250-300 million through its IPO. Pepperfry plans to use the IPO proceeds towards entering new markets and categories besides focusing on inorganic growth in the manufacturing and B2B segment. Pepperfry also plans to get into furniture manufacturing by the end of this year or early next year.
