Patni Family Office acquires 5% stake in UGRO Capital

Patni Family Office, through its investment vehicle Zodiac Wealth Advisors LLP and 22 other affiliated entities, has acquired a 5.0268% stake (79,52,860 shares) in publicly listed UGRO Capital via open market purchases.

Between Jan 2018 and Oct 2024, Ugro Capital had attracted about USD 397 M from DFC, Samena Capital, ADB, Impact Fund Denmark, Sachin Bansal, ADV Partners, IndGrowth, Pacific Alliance Group, TPG Newquest, Others.For FY24, Ugro Capital had reported about INR 1,047 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 119 Cr in PAT.
