PharmEasy sells 10% stake in Thyrocare for Rs.668-Cr

Healthtech startup PharmEasy’s unit Docon Technologies has sold a 10% stake in Mumbai-based, publicly listed group firm ThyrocareTechnologies through a bulk deal fetching INR 667.69 crore. Docon offloaded 53.3 lakh equity shares of Thyrocare at INR 1,252.03 per share.Following this transaction, PharmEasy’s ownership in Thyrocare will reduce to 60.93% from the 70.98% stake it held previously.Founded in 1996, Thyrocare Technologies operates diagnostic laboratories across cities. It recorded a profit of INR 47.8 Cr and an operating revenue of INR 216.5 Cr in Q2 FY26.

In Jun 2021 PharmEasy had acquired a 66.14% stake in Thyrocare Technologies for USD 612 M.
