PKH Ventures' Rs.380-Cr IPO fails to get through
The INR 380 crore initial public offering (IPO) of PKH Ventures failed to sail through on the closing date of bidding on Tuesday. The IPO, which opened on June 30, was subscribed just 0.65 times. The qualified institutional buyers' portion was undersubscribed at 0.11 times, while the non-institutional investor's portion was subscribed at 1.67 times. The retail portion was subscribed 0.99 times. The company had priced its shares at INR 140-148 apiece. The company has a presence in hospitality, construction and maintenance services.
