Prasid Uno Family Trust sells 1.7% stake in Entero Healthcare for Rs.125-Cr
Prasid Uno Family Trust, the investment vehicle of Medlife co-founder Tushar Kumar, has sold a 1.7% stake in Mumbai-based Entero Healthcare Solutions through open market transactions.Prasid Uno Family Trust offloaded 7.4 lakh shares across two separate trades on September 17, 2026, for a total value of INR 125.3 crore. This follows an earlier sale of 10.88 lakh shares by the trust on August 24, 2026.Entero Healthcare Solutions operates an integrated supply chain platform that distributes pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare products across India.
