Precision engg co. Indo-MIM raises Rs.3,811-Cr via IPO
Bengaluru-based Indo-MIM has raised INR 3,811-Cr through an initial public offering (IPO), which includes a fresh issue of shares worth INR 499 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of INR 3,311 crore. The transaction is being managed by HDFC Bank, Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, and SBI Capital Markets.Established in 1996 by Dr. Krishna Chivukula, the company is a global manufacturer of precision engineering components using metal injection molding (MIM) technology. It serves industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, defence, industrial equipment, and consumer products across more than 45 countries.The firm intends to use INR 400-Cr of the net proceeds from the fresh issue for the repayment of borrowings.
For FY25, Indo-MIM had reported about INR 3,330 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 424 Cr in PAT.
