Promoters of marketing agency RK Swamy buy out US co. Evanston Pioneer Fund LP’s 3.56 %
The promoters of Chennai-headquartered integrated marketing services firm R K Swamy have increased their stake in the publicly-listed company by acquiring 3.56 % of the shares held by Evanston Pioneer Fund L.P., a US-based investor that joined the Group in 2018-19.Srinivasan K Swamy and Narasimhan K Swamy finalised the purchase at a market price of INR 249.64 per share. With this acquisition, the promoter and promoter group now own 69.6 % of R K Swamy Ltd’s paid-up equity capital.
