Promoters sell shares worth Rs.1,231-Cr in apparel manufacturer KPR Mill
The promoters of Coimbatore-based KPR Mill have sold shares worth INR 1,231 crore through bulk deals on the BSE. The promoters - KPD Sigamani, K P Ramasamy and P Nataraj - sold a total of 1.08 crore shares at about INR 1,140 apiece. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company was among the buyers.As of March 31, KPD Sigamani, K P Ramasamy and P Nataraj held 20.34% stakes each in the company.
