Public issues of Renny Strips, Krishna Buildspace and Rodec Pharma get Sebi nod

Capital markets regulator Sebi has granted approval to three companies - Ludhiana-based Renny Strips , Ahmedabad-based Krishna Buildspace and Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-based Rodec Pharmaceuticals - to proceed with their respective initial public offerings.Renny Strips, a structural steel products manufacturer, plans to raise INR 300 crore through a fresh issue of shares. The offering will also include an offer for sale of 1.2 crore shares by promoters Dev Raj Gupta and Usha Gupta. The company operates as a vertically integrated manufacturer, producing items such as mild steel billets, wire rods, and hot-rolled coils, which are supplied to industries including infrastructure, automotive, and construction.Krishna Buildspace Ltd (KBPL) is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. It specializes in civil construction, infrastructure development, and project management for both government bodies and private corporate clients across India.The firm’s IPO is a bookbuild issue of 0.99 crore equity shares, consisting of a fresh issue of 0.90 crore equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.09 crore equity shares.Rodec Pharma is a veterinary pharmaceutical company. It specializes in formulating and supplying healthcare products and nutritional supplements for livestock, with a major focus on dairy cattle, poultry, and pets.
