Quess Corp to spin out 2 entities; focus on staffing services
Publicly listed, Bengaluru-headquartered Quess Corp Ltd is to spin out Digitide Solutions Ltd (which will provide business process management solutions and insurtech) and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd (which will offer facility management, industrial services and investments). Quess Corp Itself will now focus on workforce management,All shareholders will receive an additional share of each of the new companies for every share they hold in Quess Corp.
