Rail-focused Pristine Logistics files for IPO
Delhi-based Pristine Logistics and Infraprojects has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO).Founded in 2008, the company operates an integrated rail-focused multimodal logistics platform that provides transportation and infrastructure solutions for both containerised and non-containerised cargo. Its services encompass rail transportation, EXIM and domestic container logistics, bulk rail logistics, warehousing, container maintenance, and mining logistics. The company recently strengthened its operations by acquiring Sical Logistics.The company plans to use the funds raised to support its ongoing expansion of terminals, warehousing, and cargo operations. As of December 31, 2025, the firm managed a warehousing network of about 1.2 million sq ft and operated a fleet of over 5,000 domestic rail containers and 455 specialised dwarf containers.
Between Nov 2012 and Mar 2018, Pristine Logistics and Infra Projects had attracted about $ 109 M from UTI Alternatives, British International Investment and InvestCorp Group.
