Ramco Cements raises Rs.376-Cr via sale of non-core assets

Publicly listed The Ramco Cements Ltd has raised INR 376 crore over the past two months from the sale of non-core assets. Of this sum raised, INR 50 crore was mobilized in September and INR 326 crore in October. The company is also in the process of finalizing the sale of land worth INR 74 crore, expected to be realised in Q3FY25.The company repaid INR 326 crore of debt in October using proceeds from the disposal of non-core assets. As of September 30, 2024, its net debt stood at INR 5,103 crore with an annualised net debt to EBITDA of 3.95 times.
