Ramco Systems attracts Rs.160-Cr from Atyant Capital, Vanderbilt University, promoters

Investment firm Atyant Capital, and the Tennessee, USA-based Vanderbilt University are to invest in publicly listed, Chennai-based ERP software firm Ramco Systems by subscribing to a preferential offer of equity shares in the company. Ramco Systems would raise INR 160 crore by a combination of issue of warrants to the promoter (INR 40 crore) and issue of equity shares to Ramco Industries, Atyant and Vanderbilt University.
