Mumbai-based Runwal Enterprises ’ initial public offering was subscribed 2.64 times. Overall, the issue received bids for 3,03,45,749 shares against 1,15,15,357 shares offered.The NII (non-institutional investor) category was subscribed 4.14 times, while the QIB (qualified institutional investor) portion was subscribed 4.10 times. The retail portion received bids for 67,61,853 shares against 56,97,540 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 1.19 times. The IPO is a book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.64 crore shares aggregating to INR 500 crore.Founded in 2016 by Subhash Runwal, the firm operates in the residential, commercial, and retail real estate segments, including luxury and affordable housing. It previously raised INR 148.95 crore from anchor investors. The IPO was priced in the range of INR 290 - INR 305 per equity share. Proceeds from the offering will be allocated toward debt repayment and funding for future real estate projects.
