Realtor Sri Lotus Developers’ Rs.792-Cr IPO subscribed 69 times
The INR 792 crore initial public offering of Mumbai-based Sri Lotus Developers was subscribed more than 69 times its offer size.Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their reserved portion nearly 163.90 times. Retail investors have booked their portion nearly 20.28 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed to their quota more than 57.71 times.Incorporated in February 2015, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd develops residential and commercial properties located in Mumbai, specialising in redevelopment projects within the ultra-luxury and luxury segments of the western suburbs of Mumbai.
