Recycling player Sarva Foam Industries files for IPO
Bhopal-based Sarva Foam Industries has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to launch an initial public offering (IPO).The proposed transaction involves a fresh issue of 54 lakh shares. The IPO will also include an offer for sale (OFS) of 13.5 lakh shares.Sarva Foam recycles polyurethane (PU) foam scraps and trims into value-added rebonded foam products. It intends to use the capital raised from the fresh issue for business operations.
