ReNew Power set for Nasdaq debut through RMG II SPAC on Aug 24

Gurugram-based renewable energy company ReNew Power is set to list on Nasdaq on August 24, after RMG Acquisition Corp II's shareholders agreed to the merger. RMG II is a blank cheque special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), through which ReNew is listing on New York's stock exchange at a valuation of USD 8 billion. The funds raised from the listing will be used for greenfield projects and further acquisitions.
