Rohan Ajila-led SPAC Global Consumer Acquisition Corp raises $170-M on Nasdaq
Private Equity veteran Rohan Ajila and Manipal Technologies Chairman Guatham Pai's consumer sector focused SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) Global Consumer Acquisition Corp (GCAC) has raised USD 170 million in an IPO in the US. The shares are now listed on the Nasdaq.
