SaaS fintech startup Zaggle raises Rs. 254-Cr from 23 anchor investors
IPO-bound, Mumbai-headquartered B2B SaaS fintech startup Zaggle has raised INR 253.52 crore from 23 anchor investors at INR 164 per share. The company, whose public issue will open today, allocated 1.54 crore shares to the anchor investors. The issue will close on Sep 18. Out of the 1.54 crore shares, 24.46% were allocated to three domestic mutual funds, including Kotak Equity Opportunities Fund, Neuberger Berman Emerging Equity Fund and ICICI Prudential Technology Fund.
