Satin Creditcare approves promoter equity infusion

The board of publicly listed, Delhi-based Satin Creditcare Network has approved a preferential allotment of fully convertible warrants to its promoter, Trishashna Holdings & Investments. The transaction involves the issuance of 38.5 lakh warrants at a price of Rs 260 per unit for cash.Founded in 1990, Satin Creditcare Network is an NBFC that provides microfinance services. Following this transaction, the promoter’s stake in the company will increase from 36.17% to 38.32%.Satin Creditcare Network recently reported a 172% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching INR 123 crore, as its assets under management grew 28% to INR 15,935 crore at the end of June.
Between Mar 2008 and Mar 2025, Satin Creditcare Network had attracted about $251-M from ADB, FMO, responsAbility, Developing World Markets, Abler Nordic, Kora Management, Others.For FY25, Satin Creditcare Network had reported about INR 2,373 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 216 Cr in PAT.
