SBFC Finance raises Rs.304-Cr from 37 anchor investors

SBFC Finance raised INR 304.43 crore from 37 anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering. The company has allocated 53.4 million shares at INR 57 apiece. The overseas anchor investors include Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Carmignac Portfolio, Loomis Sayles, and Neuberger Berman. Domestic investors such as Axis MF Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI MF and HDFC MF also participated.
