Semiconductor maker IL JIN Electronics appoints 3 bankers for Rs.3,500-Cr IPO

Noida-based IL JIN Electronics , a subsidiary of Amber Enterprises, has appointed Axis Capital, Jefferies and Motilal Oswal Financial Services as advisors for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) aimed at raising INR 3,500 crore. The company is expected to file its draft papers shortly and is targeting a listing by the end of the 2026-27 financial year. The issuance is expected to include both a primary fundraise and a secondary share sale.Founded in 2001 by Jasbir Singh, IL JIN Electronics is a manufacturing space of box-build units and assembled printed circuit boards, located in Chennai and Noida, serving various sectors, including consumer durables, automotive electronics and energy meters.Amber Enterprises, which acquired a majority stake in IL JIN Electronics in 2017, currently holds a 90.2% stake in the firm. This potential IPO follows an INR 1,750 crore fundraising round in 2025 led by ChrysCapital, with participation from InCred, Singularity Equity Fund, Axis New Opportunities AIF, Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund and Avendus Future Leaders Fund.

In Sep 2025, IL JIN Electronics had attracted about $136.08 M from ChrysCapital, InCred Alternatives.For FY25, IL JIN Electronics reported about INR 1,460 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 16 Cr in PAT.
