People Group, which runs the online matchmaking platform Shaadi.com, plans to go public over the next fiscal.
Shaadi.com is operated by People Interactive India Pvt. Ltd. promoted by Anupam Mittal. Venture Capital firm Saama Capital owns a minority stake in the firm .
Besides Shaadi.com, the People Group also runs the real estate website Makaan.com and mobile gaming firm Mauj Mobile.
