Silver Storm Parks & Resorts raises Rs.82-Cr
Thrissur-based Silver Storm Parks & Resorts has raised INR 82.43 crore in its initial public offering. Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed 1.81 times, Non-Institutional Investors subscribed 3.19 times, and Retail Individual Investors subscribed 1.41 times of their quotas. The company also raised INR 21.97 crore from anchor investors and INR 4.14 crore from the market maker. Vivro Financial Services served as the book running lead manager.The company operates theme parks and resorts under the 'Silver Storm' and 'Snow Storm' brands, with locations in Athirappilly, Kerala, and Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The company plans to use the funds to support its growth strategy, which includes the launch of a cable car and forest village experience at its Athirappilly destination.
