SM REIT IPO of PropShare Platina raises Rs.353-Cr

The initial public offering of Bengaluru-based PropShare Platina, a scheme of Property Share Investment Trust (PSIT), closed at around INR 352.9 crore at an issue price of INR 10.50 lakh per unit. ICICI Securities Ltd was the sole manager of the issue.PropShare Platina is the first scheme launched by Property Share Investment Trust, India's first registered small and medium real estate investment trust (SM REIT). It offers investors an opportunity to invest in a commercial office space Prestige Tech Platina, and a LEED Gold building Prestige Tech Platina developed by the Prestige Group.
