Specialty chemicals maker Clean Science's Rs.1,547-Cr IPO subscribed 93.41 times
The initial public offering of specialty chemicals maker Clean Science and Technology was oversubscribed by 93.41 times. The offer received bids for 114.92 crore shares against the IPO size of 1.23 crore shares. Qualified institutional buyers put in bids 156.37 times their reserved portion and non-institutional investors 206.43 times, while the portion set aside for retail investors was subscribed 9 times. The INR 1,546.62-crore IPO entirely comprised an offer for sale by existing shareholders. The company had already mobilised INR 464 crore from anchor investors, at the higher end of the price band of INR 880-900 per share.
