Standard Glass’ Rs.410-Cr IPO subscribed 183 times
The initial public offering (IPO) of Hyderabad-headquartered Standard Glass Lining Technology (SGL) concluded with 182.57 times subscription on the final day of offer. The issue got bids for 380 crore shares against 2.08 crore shares on offer. The portion for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) received 267.99 times subscription while the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) part got subscribed 63.99 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 331.60 times their allotted part.Earlier, SGL collected INR 123 crore from anchor investors. The INR 410.05 crore issue has a price band of INR 133-140 per share.SGL makes glass-lined products for various applications and international standards. The company was founded in 2012 and is part of the Standard Group of Companies, which has eight manufacturing facilities in India and an R&D center in Sheffield, UK.
