Vadodara-based Sudeep Pharma ’s Initial Public Offering was subscribed 93.72 times. The firm’s IPO received 99,00,99,900 bids as against 1,05,64,926 shares on offer.The IPO’s Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category saw 213.08 times subscription. The Non-Institutional Investor’s category saw 116.72 times subscription. Sudeep Pharma’s IPO’s Retail Individual Investors category saw 15.65 times subscription.The IPO has a fresh issue component of equity shares worth INR 95 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of nearly 1.35 crore equity shares, aggregating to INR 800 crore, by the promoters. The issue’s price band has been fixed at INR 563-593 per equity share.Sudeep Pharma makes excipients and speciality ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food, and nutrition industries.
