Sun TV to hive off SunRisers Hyderabad as separate entity; go in for an IPO: report

Sun TV Network is looking to spin off Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) as a separate entity and explore its IPO listing. In 2012, the Kalanithi Maran-promoted media group had bought SRH for INR 85 crore per year payable over five years between 2013 and 2017.
