Surveillance products maker Aditya Infotech raises Rs.1,500-Cr through QIP
Noida-based Aditya Infotech , the parent company of surveillance brand CP PLUS, has raised INR 1,500 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP). The transaction is intended to support the company’s efforts to expand its manufacturing capacity.The firm is a manufacturer of security and surveillance products, including cameras, video recorders, biometric systems, access control devices, and mobile surveillance solutions. The company intends to use the capital to increase its production capacity.
