Swaraj Green Power’s IPO gets Sebi’s nod for IPO
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has granted approval for the initial public offering (IPO) proposals of Phaltan, Maharashtra-based Swaraj Green Power and Fuel . The proposal is a mix of fresh and for-sale segments.Swaraj Green Power and Fuel operates an integrated sugar and bioenergy business, including a 7,500-tonne-per-day sugar crushing facility, a 500 KLPD ethanol plant, and a 26.5 MW cogeneration power unit.
For FY25, Swaraj Green Power And Fuel had reported about INR 675 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 Cr in PAT.
