Swiss bank UBS acquires 4.8% in wealth mgmt co. 360 ONE WAM

Swiss banking firm UBS has acquired about 4.8% stake in the Mumbai-based wealth manager 360 ONE WAM . The transaction was completed following the conversion of 20.5 million warrants into shares.UBS exercised the warrants allotted to it in July 2025 and paid the remaining 75% of the exercise price to finalise the transaction. This investment is part of a strategic wealth management partnership between the two companies.
Between Oct 2015 and Mar 2022, 360 ONE WAM had attracted about USD 768 M from Bain Capital, General Atlantic, Steadview Capital, Ward Ferry, and others.For FY26, 360 ONE WAM had reported about INR 208 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 395 Cr in PAT.
