Tata Digital plans to sell stake in Cult.fit IPO
Tata Digital plans to offload approximately 46% of its shareholding in Bengaluru-based gym chain Cult.fit through an offer for sale during the company’s upcoming initial public offering.This transaction marks the first partial exit for Tata Digital from its portfolio of new-age companies, which also includes investments in BigBasket and 1mg.
Between Jul 2016 and Jan 2026, Cult.fit had attracted about $ 680.88 M from Temasek, Valecha Investments, 360 ONE, Accel India, South Park Commons, Temasek, Zomato, Afore Capital, Ascent Capital, Chiratae Ventures, Epiq Capital, InnoVen Capital, Pratithi Investments, Unilever Ventures, Accel USA, Kalaari Capital, Pratithi Investments, Schroder Adveq, Oaktree Capital, Endiya Partners, UC-RNT Fund, Trifecta Capital, Others .For FY25, Cult.fit had reported about INR 153.17 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 83.29 Cr in Net Loss.
