Tata Technologies bags Rs.791-Cr from anchor investors

Tata Technologies has raised about INR 791 crore in the anchor round ahead of its public issue opening at INR 500 apiece. Investors in the anchor round include Fidelity, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, JM Financial MF, Kotak MF, Axis MF, Motilal Oswal, Edelweiss MF, and Mirae Asset among others. The issue's book-running lead managers are JM Financial, Citigroup Global Markets and BofA Securities.
