Therapeutic foods seller Hexagon Nutrition’s Rs.139-Cr IPO subscribed 54x
The initial public offering (IPO) of Mumbai-based Hexagon Nutrition was subscribed 54 times. The offering, exclusively an offer for sale (OFS), saw the high-net-worth investor portion subscribed 118 times, the retail investor quota subscribed 27 times, and the qualified institutional buyer portion subscribed nearly 20 times.Incorporated in 1993 by Arun Purushottam Kelkar, Subhash Purushottam Kelkar, Vikram Arun Kelkar, and Nikhil Arun Kelkar, Hexagon Nutrition operates through three verticals: premix formulations, branded clinical and wellness nutrition products, and therapeutic nutrition solutions.The firm priced its INR 139 crore issue in the range of INR 42-45 per share, resulting in a valuation of approximately INR 553 crore at the upper end of the price band.
In Dec 2016, Hexagon Nutrition had attracted about $ 4 M from Somerset Indus Capital Partners..For FY25, Hexagon Nutrition had reported about INR 157 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 12 Cr in PAT.
