Total Energies sells 1.74% stake in Adani Green Energy for Rs.2,778-Cr
France- based multinational firm Total Energies through TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd, sold 1.74% stake in Adani Green Energy for a consideration of INR 2,778 crore. The company sold 28,640,138 shares at INR 970 per share through an open market transaction via a block deal on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).Post this transaction, TotalEnergies holding in Adani Green Energy will decrease to 17.25% from its previous 18.99%. TotalEnergies Solar Wind Indian Ocean Ltd and TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd had previously owned stakes in the firm.
