New Delhi-based Trans ACNR Solutions has filed preliminary papers for an initial public offering (IPO) through the confidential pre-filing route.Eight other companies - Maharashtra Oil Extractions, Jagatjit Agri Engineering, Jai Parvati Forge, Koolking Industries India, Sai Infinium, SG Encon, Mount Everest Breweries and Ultravibrant Integrated Energy - have also filed draft papers for IPO.Founded in 1995, Dhule-based Maharashtra Oil Extractions is a soybean processing company that produces value-added products for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and animal-feed industries.Founded in 2020, Ludhiana-based Jagatjit Agri Engineering sells agricultural machinery and equipment designed to support farming and agro-processing operations. Its products and solutions focus on improving farm productivity, mechanisation and operational efficiency.Founded in 2004, Punjab-based Jai Parvati Forge manufactures forged and machined metal components for industrial applications. Its products cater to sectors such as automotive, engineering, and other industrial equipment manufacturers.Founded in 2008, Malerkotla, Punjab-based Koolking Industries manufactures precision brass and copper components for HVAC, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Its product range includes fittings, forged components, service valves, copper tubing and other components supplied to air-conditioning and refrigeration manufacturers.Founded in 2004, Bhavnagar, Gujarat-based Sai Infinium Ltd is engaged in manufacturing billets and TMT bars, along with trading in iron and steel products and scrap. It serves the construction and infrastructure sectors through its range of steel products.Founded in 2008, Haryana-based SG Encon provides telecom infrastructure and network lifecycle services, including fibre-network deployment and maintenance, telecom tower and cell-site operations, and 5G network rollouts.Founded in 1999, Indore-based Mount Everest Breweries is engaged in the brewing, packaging, sale and distribution of beer across economy, core and premium segments. Its portfolio includes brands such as Mount’s 6000, Lemount, STOK and Dabang, along with contract brewing and manufacturing services.Founded in 2019, Jaipur-based Ultravibrant Integrated Energy is an integrated renewable-energy firm providing end-to-end solar EPC, battery energy storage (BESS), independent power generation, and transmission & distribution solutions.The companies aim to raise capital to support business expansion, meet working capital requirements, manage debt repayment, and address general corporate needs. The firms’ proposals include a mix of fresh equity issues and offers for sale (OFS) by existing promoters.

For FY25, Maharashtra Oil Extractions had reported about INR 1,887 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 91 Cr in PAT.For FY25, Jai Parvati Forge had reported about INR 345 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 26 Cr in PAT.For FY25, Mount Everest Breweries had reported about INR 704 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 35 Cr in PAT.
