Value 360 Communications raises Rs.42-Cr to list on NSE Emerge
Delhi-based Value 360 Communications has raised Rs 41.69 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The public issue closed on May 6, 2026, with an overall subscription of 1.19 times. Shares of the company are set to list on the NSE Emerge platform on May 11.Founded in 2009, the company provides integrated communications and marketing solutions. Its service portfolio includes public relations, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and strategic communications.The company issued 4,254,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 per share, set within a price band of Rs 95 to Rs 98. The firm continues to focus on technology-driven, asset-light growth and the development of strategic partnerships.
