Venus Pipes and Tubes set to file papers for Rs.225-Cr IPO

Venus Pipes and Tubes is likely to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi for an IPO to raise INR 175-225 crore. The Gujarat-based manufacturer of stainless steel pipes and tubes exports its product range to more than 20 nations across the globe. SMC Capitals is reported to be the book running lead manager to the IPO, which will be an entirely fresh issue.
