Water purifier maker Kent RO Systems shelves IPO

Noida-based water purifier company Kent RO Systems has postponed its plans for an initial public offering (IPO) citing market volatility. The company, which had received regulatory approval for a public listing involving an offer for sale by existing shareholders, including Chairman and Managing Director Mahesh Gupta, has decided to wait at least one year before reassessing market conditions.

For FY25, Kent R O Systems Limited had reported about INR 1,258 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 131 Cr in PAT.
