Wheat flour products seller Ganesh Consumer’s Rs.409-Cr IPO subscribed 2.6x
Kolkata-based Ganesh Consumer Products ’ IPO was subscribed 2.6 times. The retail investor category of the issue was subscribed 1.1 times, while the qualified institutional investors’ category was subscribed 4.1 times. The non-institutional investors’ category was subscribed 4.3 times.The IPO consisted of a fresh issue of INR 130 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 86.58 lakh shares aggregating to INR 278.8 crore at the upper price band.Ganesh sells wheat products like atta, maida, sooji, dalia, cereals and ready-to-cook/instant items.
