Actor Rajkumar Rao buys triplex apt in Mumbai's Juhu for Rs.44-Cr

Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao has bought a luxury triplex apartment in Mumbai's Juhu locality for nearly INR 44 crore from Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of late actor Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor. The transaction values the apartment spread over 3,456 sq ft at nearly INR 1.27 lakh per sq ft.
